Bill Mueller (wcm) is President and founder of wcm Solutions, Inc. Bill has a forty-tree year career devoted to providing products and services in the computer software industry. Looking back, the common thread during this long computer career has always been developing software solutions to complex problems. With a gifted capability to investigative analysis and technical innovation, cost effective technical and business software development has been Bill's corner stone. Beginning with a strong electronic foundation designing electronic equipment at Texas Instruments he has continued to pursue solutions for new technology and answers to difficult requirements. For a number of years he developed complex, integrated accounting and manufacturing systems for major corporations such as Robintech and Mostek. During these formative years of the computer industry during the seventies and early eighties, he invented a technology for the automatic generation of source code for application development that continues to create tools to advance in productivity and application development for over twenty-five years.

In the late eighties, Bill's interest in software tools and product development took center stage with the development of "T-PRO" in Windows in 1987. This application toolset was designed to generate COBOL application source code from user defined templates. From this initial product, Bill has authored and managed the development of a number of software products including "SourceLink, "SMART", and "SizeUp". But software development has been only part of the story. Along with the product development, Bill combined his skills and experience in accounting, business management, technical communication, marketing, and public relations to see these products from concept to distribution in the commercial marketplace.
